作者调查了113所高校的458册学报,其中发表了获各种科学基金资助课题论文的(以下简称基金论文)387册,占84.50%,调查了8294篇论文,其中,基金论文率为13.05%,调查了各种基金的来源,以国家自然科学基金论文为最,占65.8%。结果表明:高校学报刊登基金论文的覆盖面广,尤其是国家自然科学基金资助课题论文遍及自然科学的各个领域。因此,作者认为基金论文率能间接体现高校学报的学术质量,故可作为高校学报学术质量评估的指标之一。
The authors surveyed 458 journals in 113 universities, in which 387 volumes (84.50%) of papers funded by various scientific funds were published and 8294 papers were investigated, of which the fund thesis rate was 13.05% , Investigated the origin of various funds, with the National Natural Science Foundation of China paper as the most, accounting for 65.8%. The results show that the university journals publish a wide coverage of theses, especially the papers supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China in all fields of the natural sciences. Therefore, the author believes that the fund essay rate can indirectly reflect the academic quality of university journals, so it can be used as one of the indicators of academic quality assessment of university journals.
