地面公交刷卡4角起步、地铁2元通票的公共交通价格—北京即将要挥别这一享誉全国的“廉价交通”福利。从今年7月北京市发改委组织“我为公共交通价格改革建言献策”活动,到10月13日的《北京市公共交通价格调整听证方案》公布,再到10月28日北京公共交通价格调整听证会举行,25位听证代表全部同意公交地铁涨价。至此,北京公交涨价已成定局,只差一个时间节点来实行。在这场调价风波中,有人支持有人反对。公共交通定制价格,一边是市场化,一边是公益化,是遵守市场规律,还是侧重考虑普通公众的出行需求,亦或是两者兼得?
