从事外语教学工作二十二年了,笔者在教学过程中,每届都会遇到一定数量的外语学习上的后进生。怎样做好后进生的转化工作,让他们最大化的提高英语水平,是每个教师必须认真对待和认真研究的问题。在这方面笔者摸索了一些经验,取得了较好的教学效果。1了解后进生心理,拉近师生感情后进生进入中学时,在小学已经学习外语两到三年,由于各种原因(可能入门不好,或刚开始不够重视,也可能是刚刚学习完汉语拼音,无法突然接受英语),在几次考试(包括小升初)
