轴承箱油挡部位的油垢物由于高温而碳化固结 ,引起汽轮机的摩擦振动 ,这是大容量高参数汽轮机在运行中出现的新现象。介绍了汽轮机碳化摩擦振动的现象和实例 ,对其形成机理进行了详细分析 ,并提出了防范措施。
The oil dirt in the oil retaining part of the bearing box is carbonized and consolidated due to the high temperature, which causes the friction and vibration of the steam turbine. This is a new phenomenon occurred during the operation of large-capacity and high-parameter steam turbines. The phenomena and examples of carbonation friction and vibration of steam turbine are introduced. The forming mechanism of the steam turbine is analyzed in detail and preventive measures are put forward.
