目的观察抗甲状腺药物的不良反应。方法对640例口服抗甲状腺药物治疗的Graves病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果经抗甲状腺药物治疗的640例患者中,32例发生了药物不良反应,不良反应的发生率为5.0%。其中12例发生了单一不良反应,20例发生了两种或两种以上不良反应。不良反应的发生与患者年龄、性别无关,与初诊还是复发无关。不良反应主要出现在开始治疗的3个月之内(65.6%)。不良反应以皮肤反应最为常见,其次是肝功能受损和白细胞减少。他巴唑较丙基硫氧嘧啶更容易引起皮肤反应(P<0.05)。结论 Graves病患者口服抗甲状腺药物治疗过程中,特别是开始治疗的3个月之内应重视药物不良反应的发生。
Objective To observe the adverse reactions of antithyroid drugs. Methods The clinical data of 640 patients with Graves’ disease treated with anti-thyroid drugs were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 640 patients treated with antithyroid drugs, 32 had adverse drug reactions with an incidence of adverse reactions of 5.0%. Among them, 12 patients had a single adverse reaction, and 20 patients had two or more adverse reactions. Adverse reactions occurred with the patient’s age and gender has nothing to do with the initial diagnosis or relapse. Adverse reactions mainly occurred within 3 months of starting treatment (65.6%). Adverse reactions to the skin reaction is the most common, followed by impaired liver function and leukopenia. Methimazole was more likely to cause skin reactions than propylthiouracil (P <0.05). Conclusion Graves’ disease patients should pay attention to the occurrence of adverse drug reactions during oral anti-thyroid drug treatment, especially within 3 months after starting treatment.
