视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma 简称RB)是原发于视网膜组织的恶性眼肿瘤。好发年龄为出生至7岁。多单眼患病,但也有30～35%可双眼同时或先后患病。在我国整个人群中发病率为1∶34000～1∶16000之间。本文就我院1960～1987年27年间收治的190例中经病理诊断为RB 的154例做临床及病理分析。其中对146例可查到病理片的进行了病理分型。
Retinoblastoma (retinoblastoma referred to as RB) is a malignant ocular tumor originating in the retina. Good hair age from birth to 7 years old. More monocular disease, but there are 30 to 35% of both eyes at the same time or successively sick. In our country the incidence of the entire population is between 1:34000 ~ 1:16000. In this paper, our hospital from 1960 to 1987, 27 years treated 190 cases of pathological diagnosis of RB in 154 cases of clinical and pathological analysis. One of 146 cases can be found pathological pathological type.
