党的十八大后,军委习主席站在军队建设的战略高度和长远角度,鲜明提出了新时期我军“听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良”的强军目标。多年的建军实践也印证着同样一个道理:风气正,部队兴;风气败,部队衰。由此可见加强作风建设的重要性。尤其是领导干部,作风就是行动,作风就是形象,作风就是导向。当前我感到,加强领导干部作风建设,最急切地应着重解决以下几个问题。一、强化“基层至上”理念,解决“倒服务”的问题
