畜牧业是黔江区五个支柱产业之一,近年在加快农村产业结构调整、确保农民稳定增收方面发挥了重要作用。但是,畜牧服务体系建设仍明显滞后于畜牧业发展的需求,加上今年周边地区重大疫情的威胁,使我们不能不对基层畜牧服务体系建设进行重新审视。遵照区委、区政府领导指示精神,由区委政研室、农办、畜牧局抽人组成联合调研组,采取走访、座谈、统汁分析等形式,对城西、石会、五里等13个街道、镇乡的畜牧服务体系建设情况进行了调查研究,现报告于后。
Livestock husbandry is one of the five pillar industries in Qianjiang District. In recent years, animal husbandry has played an important role in accelerating the adjustment of rural industrial structure and ensuring the steady increase of peasants’ income. However, the construction of the livestock husbandry service system still lags far behind the needs of the development of animal husbandry. Coupled with the threat of major outbreaks in the surrounding areas this year, we can not but re-examine the construction of the grass-roots husbandry service system. In accordance with the instructions of the leaders of the district party committee and district government, a joint investigation team composed of District Political Research Office, Agricultural Affairs Office and Animal Husbandry Bureau should be drawn up. A street, township, livestock husbandry service system for the construction of a case study, are reported later.
