前苏刊报道,高炉试验计算表明,高炉采用富氧鼓风煤粉可置换30~50%的焦炭,而不影响铁水产量和质量。目前,影响这种效益实现的主要原因在于风口区煤粉不能保证充分燃烧。通过计算和工业试验表明,鼓风富氧率达26%和喷煤量达100kg/t铁时,煤粉燃烧区减到250mm,可增加煤粉喷吹量。对于现代化高炉,今后的目标是开发喷煤量达150~200kg/t铁和富氧率达25~27%的技术。
Former Soviet Union reported that the blast furnace test calculations show that the blast furnace using oxygen enriched blast furnace coal can replace 30 to 50% of the coke, without affecting the yield and quality of hot metal. At present, the main reason that affects the realization of this benefit is that the pulverized coal in the tuyere area can not guarantee full combustion. Calculations and industrial tests show that when the blast furnace oxygen enrichment rate reaches 26% and the coal injection rate reaches 100kg / t iron, the pulverized coal combustion zone is reduced to 250mm, which can increase the coal injection rate.
