磷酸咯萘啶1.2g、磺胺多辛1.5g,伯喹67.5mg 伍用;磷酸咯萘啶0.8g 与磺胺多辛乙氨嘧啶复合片伍用,在抗氯喹恶性疟流行区分别治疗恶性疟34例和32例,治后平均退热时间分别为35.5±19.1h、37.3±17.6h,平均疟原虫无性体转阴时间为58±15.3h、59.8±18.9h,一个月内复燃率为6.5%、13.3%。前者清除配子体时间为5.4±3.7d,服药后配子体出现率17.4%,并能阻止恶性疟原虫在蚊体内的有性繁殖。后者无此作用。
