目的探究妊娠期糖尿病不同治疗时机对母婴预后的影响分析.方法经我院伦理委员会批准后,选取2017年1月至2018年1月于我院产科进行检查的60例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为本次研究的主要对象,采用完全随机、双盲的方式进行分组,每组30例孕妇,其中观察组孕妇在孕周达32周前进行治疗,而对照组孕妇则在孕周超过32周后进行治疗,比较两组孕妇、胎儿并发症情况以及终止妊娠的方式.结果观察组孕妇出现不良反应的几率明显少于对照组孕妇;并且观察组胎儿出现并发症的几率也少于对照组胎儿;观察组中无出现死胎引产的孕妇,正常分娩以及阴道助
