本文认为,作业的适时性损失由农艺、自然和作业过程等三部分适时性损失构成;可以适时性函数表征作业的适时性损失随作业的违期日数而变化的关系;非线性适时性函数可以分段线性化。本文还认为,作业的适时性函数可以作为计算作业的适时性损失及成本的依据。
This paper argues that the timely loss of jobs consists of timely loss of three parts of agronomy, nature and work processes.
