目前,我国一些高职院校的教育体制正在逐步发生改变,虽然学校致力于适应社会的多样性需求去培养高素质的应用型人才,但却总是在实际教育工作中找不到合适的方法和途径。另外,还有大部分高职院校的教育仍然存在着许多的问题,这些问题往往都来源于以前传统且陈旧的教育体制和教育观念。所以在高职教育中要革新是必要的,而寻求一条科学的、正确的革新之路更是必要的。现今,高职英语教育已经成为整个高职教育体系中十分重要的一项内容,但我国高职院校的学生普遍在英语学习过程中陷入困境。因此,高职院校非常有必要将激励机制和方法带入到高职学生的英语学习中来确定一套切实可行的教学模式,这样高职英语教育的教育成效才能凸显出来,高职院校的整体教育水平也能得到进步和提升。本文针对高职学生英语学习激励机制和方法进行了一番深入的探究与分析,希望能为我国高职院校的教育带来一些新的思路。
