汽水两相流摩擦阻力压降的计算一直是两相流研究中最基本而又最重要的课题之一。但至今为止,有关内螺纹管高压汽水两相流摩擦阻力特性的研究还很有限,理论分析和实验结果都很少。该文论述了内螺纹管两相流摩擦阻力的研究概况,并在西安交通大学高压汽水试验台上进行了内螺纹管汽水两相流摩擦阻力的试验研究,对试验结果进行了分析,给出了计算内螺纹管摩擦压降的关联式。试验管为我国600MW超临界变压运行直流锅炉所采用的φ28×5.41mm的12Cr1MoV四头内螺纹管。试验压力为:13~22MPa,质量流速为:400~1800kg/m2·s,蒸汽干度为:0~1.0。
The calculation of frictional resistance pressure drop of two-phase flow of soda water has always been one of the most basic and important issues in the study of two-phase flow. But so far, the research on the frictional resistance characteristics of high pressure steam-liquid two-phase flow in the female pipe is still limited, and the theoretical analysis and experimental results are few. This paper discusses the research progress of the frictional resistance of the two-phase flow in the internally threaded tube. The experimental study on the frictional resistance of the two-phase flow in the female-threaded tube is carried out on the high-pressure steam test bed of Xi’an Jiaotong University. The experimental results are given, The formula for calculating the frictional pressure drop of the female pipe is given. Test tube for the 600MW supercritical pressure to operate the DC boiler used φ28 × 5.41mm 12Cr1MoV four-headed female pipe. The test pressure is: 13 ~ 22MPa, the mass flow rate is 400 ~ 1800kg / m2 · s, the steam dryness is 0 ~ 1.0.
