基于电力自动化管理系统的功能和数据分析，提出了新一代电力系统数据库系统的开发策略和原则，对数据库系统的功能、结构及设计方法进行了阐述，并结合实际的电力自动化管理系统对通用数据库系统作了初步开发工作。
Based on the function and data analysis of the power automation management system, this paper puts forward the development strategy and principle of the new generation power system database system, expounds the function, structure and design method of the database system. Combined with the actual power automation management system, System made a preliminary development.
