我院研制的氯化氢(HCl)酸雾废气净化器,于1983年7月20日由上海市机电一局召开鉴定会鉴定,到会人员一致认为该净化器结构简单,过滤阻力小,净化效率94%以上,效果良好。这种设备,在国内尚未见过。净化器是采用特种栅格板组成的。其工作原理是:需净化的气体通过一股顺喷的吸收液,进入过滤净化单元,此单元由上下四个聚氯乙烯栅格组成。水喷出后,先在栅格的板面上形成一层水帘薄膜,然后在空气动力与水泵压力的作用下,通过栅格板的狭缝。此时,气液由于气速的突然升高,被引射入两块板间隔层,产生剧烈的扰动,于是被污染的
The hydrogen chloride (HCl) acid mist exhaust gas purifier developed by our institute was appraised by the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Mechatronics on July 20, 1983. The attendees agreed that the purifier has a simple structure, low filtration resistance, and high purification efficiency. More than %, the effect is good. This equipment has not been seen in the country. The purifier is made of special grid plates. The working principle is that the gas to be purified passes through a jet of absorption liquid and enters the filtration and purification unit. The unit consists of four polyvinyl chloride grids. After the water is sprayed, a curtain of water curtain film is formed on the surface of the grid, and then passes through the slits of the grid plate under the influence of the aerodynamic force and the pressure of the water pump. At this point, the gas and liquid were ejected into the two plate gaps due to the sudden increase in the gas velocity, causing severe disturbances and contaminated.
