研究了不同固溶处理温度及时间对Al-5Fe合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度过低时,合金中残留着较多的未溶解的第二相,导致固溶体内强化相浓度很低,合金时效后强化效果较差,使其性能不高;固溶温度过高时,出现了晶界复熔和氧化等严重过烧现象,降低了合金的力学性能;固溶时间较短时,强化相溶解较少,合金的性能较差;固溶时间过长,晶粒出现长大倾向,晶粒尺寸明显增加,晶界粗化,使力学性能降低。
The effects of different solution treatment temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of Al-5Fe alloy were studied. The results show that when the solution temperature is too low, there are more undissolved second phases in the alloy, resulting in a low concentration of the strengthening phase in the solution and poor strengthening effect after aging. The solution temperature When too high, the severe over-burning phenomenon such as complex melting and oxidation in the grain boundary occurred, which reduced the mechanical properties of the alloy. When the solid solution time was short, the strengthening phase dissolved less and the performance of the alloy was poor. When the solid solution time was too long, Grain growth appears tendencies, grain size increased significantly, coarse grain boundaries, so that mechanical properties decreased.
