On January 25, 2013, the seminar on the theory of social credit system construction in Wuhan and the sixth meeting of the fifth session of the CSTU were held. The meeting conducted a theoretical discussion on the construction of a social credit system in Wuhan, and discussed and revised the work of the CUCU in 2012 and the major points of 2013 in Wuhan. The meeting was presided over by Chen Yuan-sheng, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of Municipal Party Committee and chairman of the Municipal Federation of Social Sciences.
