寿康大厦是以接待海内外老人为服务对象的多功能高级宾馆,建筑面积为35700平方米,主楼有24层,建筑总高度为77米,工程结构为全现浇框架剪力墙体系.总造价4000余万元,其中土建造价为1800万元,由我公司总承包,合同工期为26个月,1987年底开工,因建设单位资金短缺及图纸修改等原因延误工期约6个月,1990年三季度竣工交付。
Shoukang Tower is a multi-purpose high-class hotel that serves the elderly both at home and abroad.
