介绍了一种真空紫外辐射强度仪的研制。仪器选用MgF2做窗口材料,使用的光电管为CuI光电阴极(以KI和Cu为原料通过电化学方法制备)。仪器具有良好的灵敏度和重现性,对于x=43μA的光电流测定11次,RSD=2.1%,线性相关系数r为0.99。光谱响应范围110~200nm。
The development of a vacuum ultraviolet radiation intensity meter is introduced. The instrument uses MgF2 as the window material, and the photocell used is a CuI photocathode (electrochemically prepared from KI and Cu). The instrument has good sensitivity and reproducibility, with 11 determinations of photocurrent at x = 43μA, RSD = 2.1% and linear correlation coefficient r of 0.99. Spectral response range 110 ~ 200nm.
