目的研究干旱胁迫对川白芷种子萌发的影响及其种苗的抗旱性。方法以川白芷种子为试验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,测定种子发芽率、种苗生长情况、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性等指标。结果随着胁迫程度的增加,川白芷种子发芽率、种苗生长等指标总体表现先升后降的趋势;而种苗MDA的含量与SOD的活性呈上升趋势。结论川白芷种子在适当的干旱胁迫下不但可提高发芽率,而且可提高幼苗的抗旱性。
Objective To study the effects of drought stress on seed germination of Chuan-Angelica dahurica and its drought-resistance. Methods Angelica dahurica seeds were used as experimental material. PEG-6000 was used to simulate the drought conditions. The seed germination rate, seedling growth, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured. Results With the increase of stress level, the seed germination rate, seedling growth and other indicators of Chuan dahurian rose firstly and then decreased. However, the content of MDA and the activity of SOD increased. Conclusion Angelica sinensis seeds can not only increase the germination rate, but also improve the drought resistance of seedlings under proper drought stress.
