本文应用放射免疫分析法测定了22例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者和18例健康人血浆内源性洋地黄样因子(EDF)浓度。结果显示,AMI患者第1、3、7天血浆EDF浓度明显高于健康人(P<0.001及P<0.05),第1天开始升高,第3天升高最明显,第7天已趋于下降,第14天大部分患者降至正常范围;AMI组中患有高血压病或出现左心功能不全者,血浆EDF浓度明显高于无高血压病者或左心功能正常者(P<0.001及P<0.01)。对AMI患者血浆EDF浓度变化的机制及意义作了初步探讨。
In this paper, plasma endogenous digitalis (EDF) concentrations were measured in 22 AMI patients and 18 healthy controls by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that on the 1st, 3rd, 7th day, the plasma EDF concentration of AMI patients was significantly higher than that of healthy people (P <0.001 and P <0.05), the level of EDF increased on the first day and the most significant increase on the third day. 7 days has been declining, the majority of patients fell to the normal range on the 14th day; AMI group with hypertension or left ventricular dysfunction, plasma EDF concentrations were significantly higher than those without hypertension or normal left ventricular function (P <0.001 and P <0.01). AMI patients with plasma EDF concentration changes in the mechanism and significance of a preliminary study.
