采用10、50、100、200mW/cm ̄2微波辐照日本大耳白兔,结果显示上述强度微波能引起兔的蛋白质代谢紊乱、血糖异常和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、酸性磷酸酶等血清酶活性改变。作者认为上述指标可作为急性大强度微波辐照影响的评价指标;剂量相同时,对机体影响起主要作用的因素是辐照强度。
