近年来,并购越来越受到企业经营者的重视,并购可以使企业的经营规模进一步扩大,使其在行业竞争中具备一定的竞争优势,对企业的未来发展具有很好的推动作用,对企业战略目标的实现起着非常积极的作用。但是风险无处不在,风险依附企业并购而不断产生,尤其是财务风险在其中具有非常重要的作用,应当对其进行很好的控制,才能达到企业并购的目的。所以,我们应当全面分析企业并购过程中的财务风险,积极采取有力措施加以应对,使企业并购过程中的财务风险得到有效控制,实现企业很好的并购,达到并购目的。
In recent years, M & A is more and more valued by business operators.
