大环境的变化,要站在城市层面进行思考UED:在过去的一年当中,您觉得国内的大环境发生了哪些变化?维思平在这一年当中又取得了哪些显著的发展?吴钢:大环境是有变化的,中央施行限购政策,经济发展速度开始减缓,建设活动从一二线城市逐渐往三四线城市转移。我认为一方面这是一件好事,它表明政府现在不仅关注大城市的发展,同时也在关注小城市的发展;但另一方面也担心如果我们不转变建设思路和城市发展思路,可能会对三四线城市的开发造成不必要的破坏。
