老年时胸腺萎缩,T 细胞功能减退。曾报道,长期应用合成药二硫代氨基甲酸二乙酯(DTC)可特异性地刺激T 细胞,增强免疫反应,甚至对无胸腺小鼠也有作用。本文选用50只12月龄BALB/c 雌小鼠,每周ip DTC 25mg/kg 连续4月,另有60只小鼠注射盐水作为对照,并与3月龄年青小鼠作比较。DTC 可使16月龄的老年鼠脾细胞对PHA 的增殖反应加强5倍(p<0.01)并使其对Con-A 的反应恢复至年青鼠水平(p<0.01)。老年鼠T 细胞对EL4淋巴瘤细胞(H-2~b)的杀伤力减弱,DTC 治疗鼠杀伤T 细胞的活力达到年青鼠水平,但DTC 不增强NK 细胞对YAC 细胞(H-2~k)的杀伤力。老年鼠血清胸腺因子(FTS)含量较青年鼠显著低下,DTC 治疗组则增加并超过年青鼠,还增强
Thymus in old age, T cell dysfunction. It has been reported that long-term use of synthetic drug dithiocarbamate (DTC) can specifically stimulate T cells, enhance the immune response, and even athymic mice also have effect.
