一辆03款帕萨特B5 1.8 T轿车(采用手动变速器),出现发动机工作抖动的现象。检查分析首先用故障检测仪进行检测,没有调到故障代码;接着先后更换了4个火花塞、点火线圈、节气门体和空气流量传感器等,故障依旧;检查燃油压力,在正常范围内。由此怀疑问题出在发动机机械部分。继续检查发现第1缸进气门被积炭卡住.但将积炭清除后试车.故障依旧不能排除。
A 03 Passat B5 1.8 T sedan (with manual transmission), the phenomenon of engine work jitter. Inspection and Analysis Firstly, the fault detector was used for testing. No fault code was transferred to it. Then four spark plugs, ignition coil, throttle body and air flow sensor were replaced, the fault still exists. Check the fuel pressure within the normal range. It is suspected that the problem lies in the mechanical part of the engine. Continue to check the first cylinder inlet valve was found to be stuck carbon deposition, but after the coking clean cleared test. Failure can not be ruled out.
