According to the “China-North Korea Earthquake Science and Technology Exchange and Cooperation Plan” signed jointly by the Seismological Bureau of China and North Korea in March 1989, at the invitation of the State Seismological Bureau, the DPRK earthquake delegation headed by Kim Seong-man, deputy director of DPRK Seismological Bureau 6 people visited our country from July 3 to 13 and took part in the Earthquake Science Symposium held for the first time by China and North Korea and inspected the earthquakes.
