为了在智能建筑工程中更好地执行《智能建筑工程质量验收规范》GB 50339-2003,自2003年起,中国建筑业协会智能建筑专业委员会(以下简称智专委)在住房和城乡建设部(原建设部)质量司的领导支持下,开始对“建设行业智能建筑试点项目”和若干个国家、省市重点工程中的建筑智能化系统开展了检测与评估工作,收到了较好的效果,取得了一定的经验。目前这项工作仍需进一步推进和提高,以确保智能建筑工程质量,维护投资者和用户利益。
