随着市场经济的不断发展,电力企业的产业结构调整正在逐渐进行。电力企业想要获得竞争优势,只有建立具有高水平、高素质的人才队伍,才能确保电力企业的核心竞争力。教育培训是培养高水平电力人才的主要途径之一,其获得的重视程度越来越高。文章分析了电力企业员工教育培训中存在的一些问题,提出了激励机制在电力企业员工教育培训中的应用对策。
With the continuous development of the market economy, the power industry’s industrial restructuring is gradually under way. Power companies want to gain a competitive advantage, only to establish a high-level, high-quality personnel, in order to ensure that the power of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Education and training is one of the main ways to cultivate high-level electric power talents, and its emphasis is getting higher and higher. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the education and training of employees in electric power enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures of how to apply the incentive mechanism in the education and training of electric power employees.
