东风南充内燃机厂是东风汽车公司全资子公司、国有大型企业,是国家定点生产车用柴油机的专业厂,现有员工4000多人。近几年来,企业得到迅猛发展,被列为四川省37户扩张型企业之一,并获得“四川省文明单位”、全国“模范职工之家”等荣誉称号。这些成绩的取得,与我厂大力推行厂务公开密不可分。在推行厂务公开、实行民主监督过程中,我们主要抓了以下工作:
Dongfeng Nanchong Diesel Engine Plant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, a large state-owned enterprises, is the designated national production of diesel engine professional factory, the existing staff of more than 4,000 people. In recent years, the rapid development of enterprises, was listed as Sichuan Province, one of 37 expanding enterprises and access to “civilized units in Sichuan Province,” the country's “model workers home” and other honorary titles. Acquisition of these achievements, and my factory vigorously promote the public are inseparable from the factory. In the process of implementing open factory operations and implementing democratic oversight, we mainly focus on the following tasks:
