采用放免法测定血浆内皮素(ET)水平变化,结果显示26例流行性腮腺炎并脑炎患儿血浆ET水平(73.419±10.30 pmol/L)明显高于健康儿童(52.31±5.26 pmol/L)及无并发症的流行性腮腺炎患儿(50.733±4.937pmol/L)。21例流行性腮腺炎患儿血浆ET水平与健康儿童无显著差异。提示流行性腮腺炎并发脑炎患儿有血管内皮及神经组织的损伤,可能导致血浆ET增高。
The level of plasma endothelin (ET) was measured by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the level of plasma ET was significantly higher in children with mumps and encephalitis (73.419 ± 10.30 pmol / L) than in healthy children (52.31 ± 5.26 pmol / L) And no complications of mumps in children (50.733 ± 4.937pmol / L). Twenty-one children with mumps had similar plasma ET levels compared with healthy children. Prompted mumps in children with encephalitis vascular endothelial and nerve tissue damage, may lead to increased plasma ET.
