近几年脑内移植神经元的联系与功能活动的保持一直是人们最感兴趣的课题。本文作者应用[~(14)C]脱氧葡萄糖([~(14)C]DG)法,对接受与不接受对侧触须区(vibrissal region)刺激的移植神经元的代谢进行了检测。 共选择21只自发性高血压成年雄性鼠,16只鼠行大脑中动脉闭塞术,5~7天后行神经元移植术,将胎脑细胞悬浮液移植到传入的躯体感觉环路上。3~17个月后,采用[~(14)C]DG法评价葡萄糖利用
In recent years, the connection of intracerebral transplantation neurons and the maintenance of functional activities have been the subjects of most interest. The authors examined the metabolism of transplanted neurons stimulated with and without vibrissal region using [~ (14) C] deoxyglucose ([~ (14) C] DG) A total of 21 adult male rats with spontaneous hypertension were selected and 16 rats underwent middle cerebral artery occlusion. Neuronal transplantation was performed 5-7 days later and the fetal brain cell suspension was transplanted into the afferent somatosensory loop.
