药物具有二重性,一方面它可用来防病治病,一方面它也可危害机体,引起生理、生化功能的紊乱和组织结构发生病理改变。肝脏是人体对药物进行生物转化的重要器官,容易受到药物的损害。据报道,药物引起肝损害的发生率约为10％。在临床治疗中,应当了解、掌握药物对肝脏的损害作用,密切观察,防止药物肝损害的发生,保证安全、合理用药。下列药物可引起肝脏的损害作用,基层临床用药时应予注意。
