随着我国经济体制的不断完善,我国各领域都呈现出了新的发展趋势,对于企业而言,促进其发展的关键在于经济效益的增长。众所周知,企业发展通常会受到各种因素的影响,如经济、政治或者其他因素。这些因素具有一定风险,在一定程度上阻碍企业发展,使企业的管理面临着一定的挑战性。本文基于风险管理中集团公司内控体系的构建及有效应用进行分析研究,对内控体系的应用提出相关策略,为企业今后的全面发展指明方向。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic system, new trends have emerged in all fields in our country. For enterprises, the key to promoting their development lies in their economic growth. As we all know, business development is often affected by various factors, such as economic, political or other factors. These factors have a certain risk, to a certain extent, impede the development of enterprises, so that the management of enterprises is facing some challenges. Based on the analysis of the construction and effective application of the internal control system of the group company in risk management, this paper puts forward the relevant strategies for the application of the internal control system and points out the direction for the overall development of the enterprise in the future.
