在落实大政方针的诸环节中,督查工作是重要的环节,是联系决策和成果的“桥梁”。1992年我们瓯海改县设区以来经济以年均26.3%的增长速度发展,其经济和社会建设的综合实力一举跃居地区的前茅。究其原因,至关重要的一点是围绕着党委的重大决策,保持督查和党委中心工作同步运行、同轴运转,充分发挥督查机制的作用,使决策迅速转化为成果。具体做法:一、运用督查的导向机制促发展战略。
