我国的信息服务业发展经历了十几年的历程,今天重新出现信息热潮是有其发展原因的。一是国家的政策指导为信息服务业注入了生机。从邓小平同志提出“开发信息资原,服务四化建设”到江泽民同志的“实现四个现代化,哪一化也离不开信息化”。这充分证明国家领导对信息产业的高度重视。二是社会需求大大增强。三是市场经济下,经济结构多元化导致了专业化
The development of China’s information service industry has gone through more than 10 years of history. The resurgence of the information boom today has its own reasons for development. First, the national policy guidance has injected vitality into the information service industry.
