在建设工程项目全寿命周期管理过程中,选择一种好的合同管理结构,一方面能够清晰地明确各自合同关系,提高合同管理效率;另一方面通过合同管理能够很好的控制工程造价,为建设单位创造更好的效益。加强对建设项目合同管理对工程造价的影响及对策的研究,有利于提高建设项目合同管理水平,具有重要的现实意义。因此,加强对建设项目合同管理对工程造价的影响及对策的研究是非常必要的。本文笔者对建设项目合同管理对工程造价的影响及对策进行了分析,希望对相关从业人员具有借鉴意义。
