以经京津地区多年夏季露地自然高温下筛选出的不同耐热性的8个芹菜品系为试材,在高温胁迫下,分析比较其膜稳定性、丙二醛含量和保护酶活性等指标。结果表明:经过一段时间的高温处理以后,耐热品系的膜稳定性高于不耐热品系,而丙二醛含量与耐热性呈负相关。保护酶变化各不相同,CAT活性与耐热性呈正相关。POD活性在高温下发生变化,随着高温处理温度的升高,POD活性有下降的趋势,但同一高温处理下,耐热品系POD活性升高幅度小于不耐热品系;SOD活性品系间有显著差异,但和耐热性无显著相关性。
Eight celery lines with different heat resistance, which were screened out from natural high temperature in summer and open field in Beijing and Tianjin, were used as materials to analyze their membrane stability, malondialdehyde content and protective enzyme activity under high temperature stress. The results showed that after a period of high temperature treatment, the membrane stability of the heat-tolerant strain was higher than that of the heat-tolerant strain, while the content of malondialdehyde was negatively correlated with the heat-resistance. Changes in protective enzymes vary, CAT activity and heat resistance was positively correlated. The activity of POD changed at high temperature. With the increase of temperature, the activity of POD tended to decrease. However, under the same high temperature treatment, the increase of POD activity was less in heat-tolerant lines than in heat-infending ones. There was significant difference between SOD active lines Difference, but no significant correlation with heat resistance.
