通过对SCR铜杆连铸连轧法的生产实践探索,成功地解决了SCR竖炉卡炉的问题。分析了竖炉卡炉的诸多影响因素,采取有针对性的措施,如调整火力控制、采用多种燃烧方式以及工艺装备技术创新等,显著减少了竖炉故障和炉膛损耗,有效地避免卡炉的发生,从而可极大地延长竖炉的炉龄。
Through the exploration and production practice of SCR copper rod continuous casting and rolling method, the problem of SCR shaft furnace is successfully solved.
