《建筑技术》1979年第11期发表了刘成基同志《也谈住宅建设的技术经济问题——与汪受衷同志商榷》一文(以下简称“也谈”),读后颇受启发,但对文中某些结论,我们认为需要提出来与刘成基同志商榷。我们同意“也谈”一文中所指出的设计小房间以利分室的观点。但文中认为门扇开启方式、家具式样、暖气片位置等种种因素对小房间使用没有影响的说法是不符合事实的。正因为小房间“小”,在设计上是每厘
