张力性气胸是一种严重的胸部急症,常因救治不及时或措施不得力而导致死亡,迟发性张力性气胸由于对此症的认识不足,更易造成延误。本文通过2例患者分析认识到单纯性气胸可转变成的张力性气胸,其形成原因为:①气管食管挫伤,致局部组织坏死,当咳嗽用力时,可使坏死处裂开,形成活瓣,造成张力性气胸;②肺裂伤,早期可为向肺内的活瓣,后可因咳嗽、用力等使活瓣向胸膜腔开放,形成张力性气胸。所以,临床工作中,对每一例单纯性气胸均应引起足够的
