高等职业教育作为我国高等教育发展中的一个新类型,近些年取得了蓬勃发展。但是,高等职业教育也面临巨大的挑战,特别是高职院校自身建设还不能很好的满足日益扩大的招生增长幅度,专业内涵建设有待深化,人才培养质量有待提高。在挑战面前,高职院校应该以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨,推进专业内涵建设转型,提高高职人才培养质量。
As a new type of higher education in our country, higher vocational education has achieved a booming development in recent years. However, higher vocational education is also facing enormous challenges. In particular, the self-construction of higher vocational colleges can not meet the increasing enrollment growth rate well. The construction of professional connotation needs further deepening and the quality of personnel training needs to be improved. In the face of challenges, vocational colleges should take employment as the orientation and service as the objective, promote the transformation of the professional connotation construction and improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.
