为了加强和推动水土保持科技情报工作,黄委会于十月二十日至二十三日在甘肃省西峰水保站召开了《水土保持科技情报座谈会》.参加会议的共三十人,与会同志分别在全体或分组会上交流了经验,并参观了西峰水保站南小河沟流域治理和图书、资料室.到会的同志一致认为这次会议开得很好,很及时.通过经验交流,大家对水土保持科技情报工作重要性的认识更加深刻了,认识到科技情报工作是科学技术工作的主要组成部分,是人类科学技术成果的积累、继承、传播和发展的关键环节.搞好这项工作就等于开发了第二资源.总之科技情报工作确实能起到参谋、耳目、尖兵的作用.
In order to strengthen and promote scientific and technological intelligence work on soil and water conservation, the Yellow River Council held a “Symposium on Scientific and Technological Information on Soil and Water Conservation” at Xifeng Soil and Water Conservation Station of Gansu Province from October 20 to 23.
