目的研究马来酸罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)及血小板活化的影响。方法 60例2型糖尿病患者在原有治疗的基础上加用马来酸罗格列酮,加用前及加用治疗6个月后分别检测空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、baPWV及血小板活化标志物(CD62P、CD41)并比较治疗前后各指标的变化。结果加用马来酸罗格列酮治疗6个月后患者FPG、HbA1c、TG、TC、baPWV、CD62P、CD41均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论马来酸罗格列酮不仅可以改善2型糖尿病患血糖血脂代谢,而且可以改善2型糖尿病患者动脉硬化与血小板活化,从而可能降低其心血管事件。
Objective To investigate the effects of rosiglitazone maleate on pulse wave velocity (baPWV) and platelet activation in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were treated with rosiglitazone maleate on the basis of the original treatment. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), baPWV and platelet activation markers (CD62P, CD41) were measured and compared before and after treatment. Results The levels of FPG, HbA1c, TG, TC, baPWV, CD62P and CD41 in the patients treated with rosiglitazone maleate for 6 months were significantly decreased (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Rosiglitazone maleate can not only improve blood glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients, but also improve atherosclerosis and platelet activation in patients with type 2 diabetes, which may reduce its cardiovascular events.
