目的观察一种手消毒凝胶对H7N9禽流感病毒消毒效果。方法采用鸡胚培养法,对该手消毒凝胶灭活H7N9禽流感病毒的效果进行了实验室观察。结果该手消毒凝胶原液含三氯羟基二苯醚5 000 mg/L和质量分数50%的医用乙醇。用该手消毒凝胶体积分数10%和1%的稀释液对H7N9禽流感病毒作用3 min,可以达到完全灭活。结论该手消毒凝胶具有杀灭H7N9禽流感病毒的效果。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of a hand disinfection gel on H7N9 bird flu virus. Methods The chicken embryo culture method was used to observe the effect of H7N9 avian influenza virus inactivated by the hand gel. Results The hand-disinfecting gel stock contained 5 000 mg / L trichloro hydroxy diphenyl ether and 50% mass fraction of medical ethanol. With this hand sterilized gel volume fraction of 10% and 1% dilution of H7N9 bird flu virus for 3 min, can be completely inactivated. Conclusion The hand disinfection gel has the effect of killing H7N9 bird flu virus.
