低分子右旋糖苷在产科应用于降低血液粘滞度或羊水过少,但疗效未必确切且有副反应,特别是过敏反应。本文为静滴低分子右旋糖苷过敏致重型胎盘早剥1例,为严重不良反应。报道如下。1病历资料患者24岁,G1P0,于2013-08-16因“停经30+1周,发现羊水偏少1 d”入院,患者孕期正规建卡产检,无产科合并症及并发症,孕18周自觉胎动,活跃至今。孕24周彩超胎儿畸形排查未发现异常。
Low molecular dextran in obstetrics used to reduce blood viscosity or oligohydramnios, but the effect is not necessarily exact and side effects, especially allergic reactions. In this paper, intravenous infusion of low molecular weight dextran hypersensitive placental abruption in 1 case, as a serious adverse reaction. Reported as follows. 1 patient information patients 24 years old, G1P0, at 2013-08-16 because of “menopause 30 + 1 week found amniotic fluid less than 1 d ” admission, regular card during pregnancy, birth control, obstetric complications and complications, pregnancy 18 weeks conscious fetal movement, active so far. 24 weeks pregnant ultrasound examination of fetal malformations found no abnormalities.
