近年来的有关研究发现,除社会、环境因素影响卵巢癌的发病率外,遗传因素也是显著的影响因素之一.约有3%～7%的卵巢癌患者有家族史,而有家族史的患者中,最终有3%～9%的家族患有遗传性卵巢癌综合征(hereditary ovarian cancer syndrome, HOCS)[1].本研究通过对卵巢癌患者进行随访及家系调查,探讨卵巢癌的家族聚集状况,以利于高危人群的预防和早期诊断。
