学前教育均衡发展是确保教育公平的基础。本文通过对重庆市学前教育城乡发展现状的分析,寻求西部地区城乡学前教育发展不均衡的深层次原因,提出破解西部地区学前教育均衡发展难题的对策:加强学前教育立法;加大对学前教育的财政投入,重点向西部农村地区倾斜;加快农村地区普惠制幼儿园建设;加强师资建设,提高教师待遇。
The balanced development of pre-school education is the basis for ensuring education fairness. This article analyzes the status quo of urban and rural pre-school education in Chongqing and seeks out the deep-seated reasons for the unbalanced development of pre-school education in urban and rural areas in western China and puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem of balanced development of pre-school education in the western region by strengthening pre-school education legislation and increasing pre-school education Financial input, focusing on rural areas in western tilt; speeding up the development of GSP in rural areas; to strengthen teacher training and improve the treatment of teachers.
