目的观察自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素局部贴敷对翼状胬肉手术的临床疗效。方法在手术显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除,应用浓度为0.1、0.2mg/ml的丝裂霉素C局部贴敷,以及自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉46例52眼。全部病例均为初发性胬肉。结果术后随访6～21(11.0±1.3)个月,移植片全部成活。全部病例均一次治愈,手术后无复发。术中及术后无严重并发症发生。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素局部贴敷是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法 。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of limbal stem cell autografting combined with topical application of mitomycin on pterygium surgery. Methods The pterygium excision was performed under the operating microscope. Forty-five eyes of 46 patients with pterygium were treated with topical mitomycin C at concentrations of 0.1 and 0.2 mg / ml and autologous limbal stem cell transplantation. All cases were primary pterygium. Results All patients were followed up for 6 to 21 months (11.0 ± 1.3) months. All the grafts survived. All cases were cured once, no recurrence after surgery. No intraoperative and postoperative complications occurred. Conclusion Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation combined with mitomycin topical application is an effective method for the treatment of pterygium.
